Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Breeze Abode order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to cancel

Email hello@breezeabode.com with your order number, or call +61 4 6806 1917 during studio hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm AEST). The sooner you reach us, the better.

After dispatch

Once your order has left our studio we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer want the item, please refuse the delivery or follow our Refund Policy once it arrives.

Refund timing

Cancellation refunds are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a further 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Pre-orders and made-to-order items

Made-to-order pieces can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has begun and we can only offer a refund once the item is finished, returned, and inspected.
