Shipping Policy

Breeze Abode ships Australia-wide from our studio at 15 Bourke Street, Blacks Beach QLD 4740. Orders are carefully packed by hand, usually within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Delivery times

• Metro QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT: 3–6 business days
• SA, TAS, regional eastern states: 5–8 business days
• WA, NT and remote postcodes: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and can vary during peak periods or due to weather events.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the size of your order. We offer a flat rate on small parcels and tracked shipping on all heavier or fragile items.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, please contact us at hello@breezeabode.com or +61 4 6806 1917 and we'll chase it for you.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
