These terms govern your use of breezeabode.com and any purchases made through the site. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
About us

Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when we accept your order and send a confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or has been listed in error — and will refund any payment in full.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your order is dispatched once payment has cleared.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
Delivery, returns and cancellation arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Product information
Many of our pieces are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, glaze and grain are part of the character of the work, not faults. Photographs are as accurate as we can make them but the appearance on your screen may differ slightly from the item.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including photographs, illustrations, copy and the Breeze Abode name — is owned by us or our makers and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time you place your order is the version that applies.
