Refund Policy

At Breeze Abode we want you to be genuinely happy with every piece you bring home. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
  • Ceramics and glassware must be free of chips, scratches and use marks.
  • Candles and textiles must be unburned, unwashed and unworn.

How to request a refund

Email hello@breezeabode.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason. We'll reply with return instructions and our return address. You can also call us on +61 4 6806 1917.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a full refund of the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return postage) at our cost. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot refund items that don't reach us.
