How we use your information

• To process and ship your orders, including handing details to our courier partners.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates and respond to enquiries.
• To meet our legal obligations, including tax and consumer-law record keeping.
• With your consent, to send occasional updates about new pieces and restocks. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Disclosure

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — for example our payment processor, courier partners, and email and hosting providers — and only for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Your information is stored on secure servers in Australia and overseas data centres operated by reputable providers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
